Quiet, 3 large bedrooms. Two with matrimonial beds and one with 3 individual beds (7 places). Two bathrooms with shower, sink and wc.

Magnificent south-facing terrace, olive garden. Completely independent house completely renovated in 2014-2016 and nicely decorated. Very calm situation.

Close to a motorway exit, ideal for visits (1km) and beaches (1.5 km) and close to the center of Porto Maurizio (Imperia). The village of Piani (Imperia) is located in Val Prino, a stone'sthrow from the sea and the mid-mountain villages.

The house has a really beautiful and sunny garden, a lot of different chairs to sit in. The house is very close to some great restaurants. Everything you could need is available in the house. Communication with the host and owner was very good. We enjoyed our stay in Imperia very much. The village is really beautiful to walk around in or relax on the beach
