The villa has a very original and pleasant and is on two levels. It 'a new villa built in 2014. On entering the ground floor, there is a cozy room with kitchen and sofa bed, and a bathroom, upstairs there is a bedroom with bathroom and a large terrace where you can admire the view; the house is also equipped with mosquito nets and for added security of our guests also security grilles. The house of SIRO is very close to the center of Bracciano and the lake are both about 4 km., But also close to the beautiful village of Cerveteri (Km. 15 approx) and the sea (the nearest beach is at Km. 16 / 17 approximately). To reach Rome (30 km.) You can also take the car or the train easily (the Bracciano station is 4 km away and Vigna di Valle km 2). For our clients during the months of June, July and August we offer 2 sun loungers free of charge at the private beach of Lake Bracciano. There is the possibility on request to book windsurf, shoulder, weekly sailing courses, horseback riding lessons and horseback riding lessons and tennis lessons.
