Holiday Apartment Mare Verde is a splendid apartment of about 75 square meters in the center of Sperlonga sea area at Via Valle n. 222, in the Mare Verde residential complex. The prestigious complex is a rare oasis of greenery and peace, totally private and bordered in the center of Sperlonga. It is on the first floor of a very cool and well exposed building. The view is on the park garden and an aspect appreciated and loved by all our guests. Upon entering the house, you have the pleasant feeling of open space and immediately find yourself, after a small hallway, in the large living room furnished with dining table, double sofa bed, and functional TV cabinet. A 2nd sofa faces the TV for good evenings in company with a good movie. A large terrace at the level has a park view and is unsurpassed for pleasant summer chats. The kitchen is adjacent and the dimensions are respectable with totally new furniture and accessories, equipped with oven, dishwasher and fridge and much more. It is equipped with everything you need: pots, dishes, plates, glasses, glasses, oven, fridge with freezer, etc. Next to the kitchen there is a service bathroom complete with shower with curtain and wash basin for laundry. The centrality of the house in the village makes it particularly functional for evening outings both towards the historic center and towards the more modern seaside area.
