The villa has a very original and pleasant and is on two levels. It 'a new villa built in 2014. On entering the ground floor, there is a cozy room with kitchen and sofa bed, and a bathroom, upstairs there is a bedroom with bathroom and a large terrace where you can admire the view; the house is also equipped with mosquito nets and for added security of our guests also security grilles. Inside a machine for espresso with selected mixtures. Externally the house has a wonderful white wooden porch with table and chairs where you can have lunch and dinner during the summer. You can also make use of the bikes provided by the owners for beautiful walks. The interiors are all in shades of gray and white dove and everything is designed to make guests feel right at home. The house of SIRO is very close to the center of Bracciano and the lake are both about 4 km., But also close to the beautiful village of Cerveteri (Km. 15 approx) and the sea (the nearest beach is at Km. 16 / 17 approximately). To reach Rome (30 km.) You can also take the car or the train easily (the Bracciano station is 4 km away and Vigna di Valle km 2). For our clients during the months of June, July and August we offer 2 sun loungers free of charge at the private beach of Lake Bracciano. There is the possibility on request to book windsurf, shoulder, weekly sailing courses, horseback riding lessons and horseback riding lessons and tennis lessons.

We rent this Villa for two weeks. Definitely recommend it for everybody,Who likes nice and peaceful place . Property is pretty big and Been taking care ,really well by lovely owners ,super clean ! Highly recommend !!!

Perfect location with spacious garden! High living standard. The landlords Simona & Roberto are really nice and very helpful with travel recommendations or issues of daily living. Suitable for young children! Thank you a lot!
