One mile from the community boat ramp, our home has room to relax, inside and out. 2 living spaces on spererate floors each with their own TV. Lower level family room had sleeper sofa and love seat. Full sized kitchen with eat-in dinning area. Wrap around decks with a rear screened in porch leads you to a fire pit with a stocked wood pile. Full laundry in home for those days you may take advantage of all the outdoor activies the area provides. Weather boating, hiking at one of the close by State and National parks or using one of the 3 community outdoor pools, greens paces or ATV trails just minutes away from the front door, you’ll have a place to clean your active wear for the next day. Our 3 bedroom 3 bath cabin has a cozy secluded feel at the gated Lake Cumberland Resort in Burnside, Kentucky. The family room and dinning area has an open concept and a 2 story stone gas fireplace. The family room tv has basic cable and is streaming device ready. The kitchen is fully equipped to make your stay easy and enjoyable. The main floor screened in back porch offers quiet relaxing views of the forest and is our favorite place to spend evenings with family and friends. There is a queen bedroom and bath on each of the three levels, the open loft, the main level and lower level. The lower level has a second living area with a tv that is streaming device ready( no cable). Also on the lower level, is a screened porch which offers seating area, a hot tub and access to the open deck with fire ring overlooking the forest. Wi-fi is included and tv's are streaming device ready, but you need to bring your favorite device such as a Fire Stick.brbrOur cabin is located in the beautiful gated community of Lake Cumberland Resort. The resort lies on the edge of Boone National Forest and has trail access directly from the resort. The resort provides 24 hour security and we will provide you with a security code to open the gates. As a renter of our cabin, you will have access to all the amenities of the resort, such as 3 pools , one of which is a short walk across the street from our cabin. Also the resort has a tennis court, an office store which carries basic supplies, great pizza, and snacks! You will also have access to a very nice boat ramp and dock a very short drive from the cabin. Perfect for working on location if needed. brbrOur property is closest to the Burnside marina where you can rent pontoon boats and water activities. It is also perfect for riding your ATVs and UTVs (Side by Sides) or staying for a fishing tournament at Conley Bottom Marina.
