In the walkout basement you also have a second living room / TV space along with a bar and 6 stools to enjoy while playing digital darts. Full laundry in the basement. Outside you can enjoy the large deck off the kitchen and dining room, which faces west for stunning sunsets. For those that want to work or workout during your stay. The sunroom in the front of the house has two work desks along with a small home gym. Few minutes from anywhere. literally behind a neighborhood Walmart. Downtown, Speedway, Arrowhead stadium, Sporting KC complex, and museums are all only 20-25 min away only.brbrThere are 3 queen-sized beds in all the bedrooms and a twin bunk bed in one of the bedrooms. There is also an additional twin-sized bed in the upstairs room next to a queen bed. That makes a total of 9 people fit comfortably in all beds. However, we have two full-size futons upstairs and one in the basement. So technically, you could sleep 2 more on the futons or 2 on each if smaller in size. The Total could be 11+. brbrThere are 4 full bathrooms with showers in total in the house. Two attached bathrooms in two of the bedrooms and two common bathrooms on the main level and in the basement.brbrAll the rooms in the house is accessible except for furnace room/storagebrbrWe are available via Text or email.
