Stunning private villa pond, theater

The stay was very pleasant and accommodations were PERFECT. Comfortable and clean. Nice home!

Upon our arrival, the maintenance person was replacing smoke detectors that had been expired for two months. No reason was given for why they waited until our arrival to update the safety features of the house. In addition, the home theater they boasted about did not work. The maintenance guy could not figure out why. After a few minutes of troubleshooting, I found a cable that had been cut. I also found several light switches that did not work. The maintenance guy was there until 8:45 pm on our first night of our family Christmas gathering. He ran out of light switches and was only able to get about half of them to function. As if that wasn’t enough, the heat did not work in the basement or the main floor. The temperature on the main floor was 57 degrees. The owners solution was to bring 3 space heaters. They finally sent an HVAC company out on the second day. The diagnosis was a poorly maintained old furnace with a filter that had not been in a very long time. It was so full of dust that light could not penetrate the filter. The HVAC co. said they didn’t know if it would last through the rest of our stay. Fortunately it did last. When I mentioned this to the owner, he was not very apologetic and would only offer me a slight discount on 1 day. That hardly seems fair when we lost one entire day of our stay, and about a quarter of the light switches did not work. This could be a nice home, but it is not well maintained. I would never recommend this company or this house.

Owner does NOT care about how he leaves the house to you. Paid a lot for this house and we arrived to a horrible lacquer paint smell. Had rented property so that my 92 year old mother could hang out with grandkids and great grandkids. We had to cancel plans the first evening and next day so because the paint fumes were so bad we had to air the house out. No response when we called owner. Electrical outlets in bedrooms did not work - had to go buy a large extension cord so that my husband could use his cpap. Trash left at front door, charcoal briquettes and broken furniture littered back patio, broken toys left in shelves, linens were not in all bedrooms, one bed can’t be slept in bc they glued a shelf were your head goes, huge stain on carpet, mattresses are super cheap and uncomfortable, dirty shoe left on top of pillows in closet. Owner truly doesn’t care what kind of experience you have. Owner finally called after I left several messages. Texted twice that he would give me a small refund which was a total lie. DO NOT RENT HERE

Beautiful home with a fair amount of potential. We found a lot of the things in the home to be very dated and hard to use. Felt strongly that things could have been cleaner. A lot of light switches are very quirky and/or do not work. Light in master bedroom barely works at all, and if you hit the switch on the wall, it begins making an awful clicking noise. Icemaker barely worked, back porch was very dirty with a big ant problem. When you’re on vacation, the last thing you wanna do is problem solved and have to try to figure things out which we had to do for a lot of things in this house.Main living room has a 35 inch TV and not much sitting for a large family that this home accommodates. Overall, the stay was fine, but this home definitely needs some updating and if you’re looking for something that accommodate a large family with small children, or a home that is up-to-date and modern, this is not the VRBO for you.

The house is large however the finishes are not upgradedThe baseboards were filthy The blinds did not lay nicely on the windows Carpeted area is old, worn and not very clean, multiple stains Lighting was horrible you had to click the switches 5-15 times to get them to work The outdoor furniture was broken ( seats leaned back not intentionally)Most disturbing was we felt like something was just not right I googled the address and discovered a shooting occurred there and the guest ended up dying during surgery. We are extremely disappointed this was not shared and with the overall experience This rental was extremely expensive and absolutely not worth the price

We had family members coming to town and needed larger home to all be together. Home had large areas to gather together

This was a perfect setting for a family gathering after my father’s funeral. Lots of room and nicely furnished. It was quite comfortable and enjoyable.

We enjoyed the property for an extended soccer weekend. Everything ran smoothly.

We absolutely loved this house and will definitely stay there again!!

We booked this property to celebrate my niece's wedding. We had family traveling from 3 states so it was such a treat to have everyone under one roof for a few days! The property was perfect for a big group, clean and easy instructions for access. We had a miscommunication with the property manager, but it was promptly resolved. It is reassuring to know they will make sure everything is to your satisfaction! 5 stars for customer service! They even checked in the next day to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this property and Kishore. We are grateful for the use of the property and will stay again in the future. Thank you!
