We were three couples going to a concert at Starlight. The property was great. Clean, roomy and comfortable with everything we needed. Walking distance to downtown OP. Quaint shops, restaurants, etc. Convenient to pretty much everything. Host was excellent. Totally recommend if you are looking for a place in/near Overland Park.

We had a wonderful visit. Walking to downtown OP and sitting on the back porch enjoying the beautiful backyard were our highlights. Host was responsive and easy to communicate with.

The house is very cute, on a quiet street and well located to getting downtown, visiting old Overland Park, exploring Lenexa and more southern parts of Overland Park & Leawood. An easy drive to Lawrence, KS as well to visit KU and the town. Spacious, well decorated, a great patio and yard...not missing anything. We had 5 in our party but you could easily fit 8 in beds. There is a great extra reading room/TV room upstairs that is wonderful too! Loved it and would definitely stay again.

We rented this house for the weekend out for my cousin's bachelorette party. It was located perfectly for everywhere that we wanted to go and was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was super clean and very homey as well. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone needing a place around this location.

Relaxing stay with everything we needed property manager was very responsive

Recently stayed here with my mom, sister, and daughter - ages 70 t0 24. We found the home very charming, decorated with antiques but very comfortable. Parking was easy and location was very close to old Overland Park - within walking distance. It is an old home with some creaks, but that's part of the charm. Property manager was very quick to respond, although we did not have any issues. We'd definitely stay here again!

This is the third time we have stayed here. It is a great house in a great neighborhood. 10-15 min walk to downtown Overland Park. About 20 min drive to nearly every area in KC. Have stayed here before and will stay again!

The property was clean and close to downtown Overland Park....where there is food, shopping. Just a nice small downtown city. We were there for a family funeral. Loved how the owner had coffee and snacks. Very clean.

This house is best suited for a short stay, i.e. a long weekend. We stayed for six nights and some basic amenities that one often finds in a rental home were lacking. First the good: safe and convenient location, driveway parking, space as indicated in description. The not-so-good: Most of the furniture in the first floor bedroom and all of the upstairs is barely functional. Not just old, but drawers that don’t open, sharp edges, unstable. Supplies were also very sparse – owner does not supply laundry detergent, sheets and some towels were quite old, other items were minimal. The house was clean. We did not get our check-in code until 3:30pm for a 4pm check in. Legitimate for sure, but tight.

Very homey and comfortable! Close to needed highways for access to attractions. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

Group went to meet friend who lives in KC to see Cubs play. Place is clean and nice location to Overland Park downtown. Highly recommend. Please note streets are dark so be careful if arriving at night as there are a set of some strange street curb that goes into the road that I guess are there to slow traffic, but are very hard to see near house.

Property was very clean and exactly as pictured. The host, Ann, was excellent and prompt with the minimal communication that was necessary. The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The check out “chores” were among the fewest we’ve ever been asked for at previous VRBO stays. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. Would recommend.

A group of five ladies stayed here for a nursing school reunion. The place was perfect and Ann the host was great. We highly recommend!
