Please do not park in front of neighbors' homes.brbrPlease no pets, even for a friendly visit. We regularly rent to guests with severe pet allergies. Please inquire about one of our pet friendly homes if you are interested in bringing in a pet.brbrPlease do not rearrange indoor furniture. There will be a $75.00 fee to bring in maintenance to move furniture back in place. Any additional damages such as breaking of furniture or scratching of floor will also be billed due to moving furniture.brbrWe understand that for a whole variety of reasons, you may want additional guests to stay in the place. Assistance with luggage is available upon request.brGuests have the entire rental unit to themselves. This unit has a back door which opens up onto the 35' x 18' covered deck.
