Newly listed 4 bedroom home with 2 car garage in great location

Really clean and cozy home. It was perfect for our family’s stay for a week. Would definitely stay there again!

The host was very responsive and helpful. This home is in a beautiful neighborhood. It was very welcoming and safe. It was also conveniently located to restaurants and stores.The home was comfortable with plenty of space for our 3 generation family of seven.Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The house was spotless and well-maintained, offering ample space to gather with friends and unwind comfortably. The host was a pleasure to work with—responsive, timely, and clear in all communications. The location couldn’t be better—perfectly situated for exploring everything the area has to offer.

The location was close to family in Overland Park. The place was great. Clean, updated furnishings, and nice deck. Also, like the neighborhood.

Great house! Clean! Great backyard but couldn’t use due to all our activities.Only negatives- 2nd bathroom just needs more towel racks and would have appreciated a sponge at the kitchen sink rather than a scrubber.Easy entry and exit. Quiet neighborhood!!!!

This home exceeded our expectations. It was clean, nicely decorated and well appointed, plus there was SO much room to spread out! It is also in a great location, making it easy to get to family in Leawood, OP and Olathe. The only negative I have is that the toilet and shower in the master (and I think this is also the case for the other upstairs bathroom) are plumbed on the same line, so when the toilet flushes (or runs) it scalds the person in the shower. Easy to work around. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was centrally located to all our destinations. The house was clean and very comfortable. Communication with the owner was a wonderful experience. He responded quickly and was very clear with directions. I will definitely stay again on my next trip.

Clean and comfortable home in quiet centrally located neighborhood. Walking distance to park. Home has well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it! Great value!!

This house was a perfect place for our family! Centrally located for our needs, the house was spacious, beautifully decorated and clean. While our time actually hanging out at the house was limited, which had us primarily sitting at the kitchen table together or in our bedrooms sleeping, there are several areas that we could have enjoyed. There was a dedicated dining room with tables and chairs, a great living room area and an entire finished basement area with sectional and tv! The 4 bedrooms were great, as there was a king-sized master and 3 bedrooms with queen-sized beds to accommodate us. Should we return to Kansas City, we will definitely hope to return to this great property!
