Guests are 100% responsible for any accidents or damage to the house, property, and furnishings. Guests are also 100% responsible for any injuries (if occured) while on the property. The furniture in the home is all brand new - if there is any damage or permenant stains on any of the upholstery, furniture, furnishings, or the property itself, then you (the guest) will be charged the full retail price to replace it.
