Amazing Main House-Townhome (unit #1) on Lake Monroe. 1600 sq ft home has 3.5 bedrooms, a mini library, 2 full baths (one shower and jet jacuzzi tub), private EXPERT trail on 5 acres. This is our family home that has been part of our family for over 20 years. The house can be rented as the whole unit that sleeps 9 OR just the Main House which sleeps 8. Please note: The Main House rental is a TOWNHOME unit with ZERO shared spaces. brThere is an expert trail that you can utilize to get to the lake-THIS IS AN EXPERT TRAIL with many slopes that leads to the lake if water is not high. The home is located 2-4 mins from Fairfax Beach and 4 Winds resort (BOAT LAUNCH) which has amazing boat rentals! ONLY 15 mins from downtown Bloomington and 20 mins from IU campus and stadium!
