This package is best for those who want to decorate, cook a lot, are traveling as a group, and would rather split the extra fee than worry about anything in the morning.brbr**DECORATING THE HOUSE** brFeel free to decorate but use paint-safe tape and remove it before departure. Glitter or confetti incurs a $200 cleaning fee.brbr**WILDLIFE** brYou will encounter wildlife while staying at the property. Here is what you can expect most commonly:brSpiders and ants are common in Chicago. They get as high as 95th floor of John Hancock building. While we do our best to combat them, it is nearly impossible during high season.brBees, wasps, yellow jackets are abundant throughout the city. While we take care of any nests on the property, I cannot control them in the air and beyond my boundaries.brbr**BREAKDOWNS** brWe strive to keep all equipment in good working order but can’t guarantee that things won’t break. Mechanical failures, weather, interruptions of utilities, or issues with TV/Internet won’t be grounds for refunds or rental adjustments. If anything malfunctions, we’ll work to resolve it as soon as possible.
