Kelly was a great host! Early and frequent communication, a wonderful place, great location, and lots of extra niceties like snacks and coffee. Our family had a wonderful time here and we'd highly recommend it!

The host was top notch!!! She had the place decorated for Christmas beautifully! She had a fabulous coffee bar, snacks for us, and so much printed information of things to do in the area. She also had included a lovely hand written note welcoming us to her VRBO! We definitely want to book her place again!!!

Kelly’s place is above and beyond. Amazing location and great touches from the design to the snacks and coffee bar. My family and I had a great stay and enjoyed the playground right across the street. We are excited to have found our home away from home in Chicago!

We felt right at home. Complimentary snacks, comfortable beds and walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

This place is fantastic! Very cool decor and so well appointed. Lots of supplies provided such as paper products, foil, plastic wrap, cooking basics, bottled and sparkling water, snacks, feminine products, a hair dryer, several kinds of coffee makers, etc. The rooftop is great and my daughter's boyfriend used it to propose to her! The owner was informative, responsive and helpful and left descriptive information instructions about the unit plus suggestions for area businesses. I hope I have the occasion to rent again!

Very convenient location, clean condominium, host was very responsive to all of our requests.

Our group had a wonderful stay at the Lucky Penny. The host is so kind and professional. Her thoughtfulness extends to the perfectly appointed home and considerate details. She even has an HDMI cord available, which we used to play content from a laptop on the TV. Would highly recommend!

The home was as pictured. Kelly was a fantastic host and replied very quickly with any of our needs. The place was adorable in a great location. The amenities were above average. There was great written communication about the home and suggestions of what to do & where to eat. The only issue we had was having 2 toddlers on 3 floors and their desire to climb the stairs, which I should have anticipated! You probably want to carry them up & down too. I understand Kelly will be adding baby gates which would help if you are considering this home.

Perfect stay and location. Proximity to Wrigley Field is ideal—not too close to the park but quite walkable.

This somewhat funky, eclectic spot is in a great neighborhood. Though it lacks an essential “neighborhood “ ingredient ( a porch to watch the world go by), it has a good outdoor gathering place on the second floor. The stairs are tight, and no bathroom on the main floor is a puzzle, it was quite comfortable and served as our family meeting place.

Kelly's place was just as cute in person as the pictures! She has great taste and everything inside was very charming and inviting. We had plenty of space to stretch out, and very much appreciated all of the suggestions for places to eat and drink.Just something to note, the building is incredibly well maintained but older, so you will hear the floors squeaking when someone is walking on the floor above you, and the staircases are a bit steep. Nothing that was an issue at all for us at all though! There were so many nice touches, between the snacks, the lighted makeup mirrors, and the kitchy decor, I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Large enough ( three floors) that the extended family was not always together , neighborhood friendly w so many venues to choose !

Great location and property but what set it apart was the host.

The property was decorated so stylishly and everyone in our group was blown away. This is the perfect spot for a medium size group. The accommodations were fantastic and everything was seamless.

The property is fantastic! Great location, where you can walk to several stores and restaurants. The host was excellent going above and beyond leaving us a note upon arrival with local events going on such as the walkable farmers market and live music. The property was perfect for a girls weekend with lots of colorful homey touches. Everything we needed plus more was provided, all the girls raved on what a cool spot we got

Beautiful home in wonderful location. Loved the third floor outdoor patio! Clean and modern kitchen, bathrooms and coffee bar. Beds were very comfortable. Wonderful host too. Highly recommend!
