stay! Located in one of Chicago's vibrant Northside neighborhoods, you’ll

experience local charm outside your door. The home has space for 5 and a newly

renovated kitchen, though you may not have time to cook with many family-owned

restaurants within walking distance! The Montrose Brown Line is only 3 blocks

away, taking you downtown in 30 minutes and Lakeview/Lincoln Park ineven

General Policies:



Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please

include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your

inquiry.



Local Guest Policy – Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis

only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation

without refund.



Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full

duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone

else, please contact us to discuss exceptions.



Parking – Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. Read all

posted signs to avoid tickets or towing. To secure a spot, use parking apps

like SpotHero or ParkWhiz.



City Noise – Some ambient noise is part of city living.

**House Rules:**



Please respect our home and neighbors. Violations of ANY of the following

rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a

refund.



* No parties or unapproved guests - Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.

* No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved.

* Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations.

* Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee.

* No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.

* Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.

* Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure.





Additional Policies:



* Guest verification - To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and submit a selfie matching your ID.

* Guest screening - Guests must have a positive track record on the booking platform and provide details about their stay and the guests traveling with them.

* AutoHost verification - We conduct additional screening after booking and reserve the right to decline reservations that do not pass verification.

    Very comfortable. We were there in November when cold outside and the apartment was very warm and cozy.

    The code to get in the house did not work, and it took 1 hour for us to get the correct one. There was no sense of urgency at all. We had a few issues with the toilet, which we manage to fix with the plunger. Overall good stay, but would not recommend due to bad communication.

    My brother and I stayed here and enjoyed all the great restaurants within walking distance and being a few blocks to the “L.” My only complaint is the 10am checkout as most restaurants aren’t open until 10 if you want to grab breakfast before leaving.

    The property was clean and in a nice area. We were going to be displaced for a bit and asked for a check in before 4 pm. We were told we would have to pay for a whole extra day and our request could not be accommodated. When we arrived for our 4 o'clock check in, the code to the door lock would not activate. We stood outside in the cold for an hour before we got a response to the dilemma. There are baseboard heat runs that apparently don't work? Small space heaters were supplied, but we were cold during our stay.The property was well appointed and had everything needed for our stay, but the problems outweighed the good.     My family and I had a short stay here. It was a nice little place. It is a garden unit. Water pressure was nice. Had some little extras like fans and coffee. Getting in and out was easy and had access to laundry but didn't use. Parking was street parking with no permit. Not always a ton of spots but was always able to find one.

    My daughter and I visited my son. It was a good location near my son’s residence. The A/C was problematic; this was a big deal since it was hot!! One bedroom was never cooled. The space was a nice size.

    This is a great, comfortable and practical apartment in North Chicago with easy train access to main sights, including Wrigley Field, and downtown. The check-in and access were easy and the concierge was very helpful. The area is very pleasant as well, with great shops and restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Chicago.
