Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom apartment just blocks from Loyola

University. Fully furnished apartment with one queen bed, two full beds, and

one pull-out futon. Amenities include full kitchen, dining room, and 2

bathrooms. WiFi, cable, 3 televisions throughout the apartment and sunroom and

back yard too! Close to public transportation, the lake, and dozens of dining

options within walking distance.



One (1) City Street Parking Pass will be provided for each night of your stay.

General Policies:



Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please

include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your

inquiry.



Local Guest Policy – Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis

only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation

without refund.



Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full

duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone

else, please contact us to discuss exceptions.



Parking – Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. Read all

posted signs to avoid tickets or towing. To secure a spot, use parking apps

like SpotHero or ParkWhiz.



City Noise – Some ambient noise is part of city living.

**House Rules:**



Please respect our home and neighbors. Violations of ANY of the following

rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a

refund.



1. No parties or unapproved guests - Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.

2. No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved.

3. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations.

4. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee.

5. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.

6. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.

7. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure.





Additional Policies:



* Guest verification - To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and submit a selfie matching your ID.

* Guest screening - Guests must have a positive track record on the booking platform and provide details about their stay and the guests traveling with them.

* AutoHost verification - We conduct additional screening after booking and reserve the right to decline reservations that do not pass verification.

* If you are bringing a pet, only 1 dog is permitted. Pets are limited to 1 unless it's a service pet and cats are not allowed. Please send an inquiry if you have further questions.

    Beautiful unit and very convenient to visit our Loyola student. We stayed in December and everything was decorated for the holidays, which we loved. Plenty of space, clean, quiet neighborhood- it was everything we needed and I would stay there again.

    My family of 6 enjoyed our stay here so much, we’d love to come back! Wonderful hosts, great location close to the L. Quiet neighborhood easy to walk and explore. The home itself was well stocked with basics, it was easier than most rentals we’ve stayed in to just move in and have what we needed. We were here during a heat wave, and the AC units and bedroom fans kept us comfortable during the day and night.

    The property was in a great location for our purposes and easily fit our family of six. Only complaint about the property was that the floors were very creaky (which is understandable because they are old) and anytime anyone walked down the hallway you would know.At check-in the property manager either sent the wrong code or failed to change the prior code in the lockbox. Took a second to get someone on the phone to get me the right code, but the owner upstairs got us into the apartment while we sorted it out with the company.Neighborhood is great and right next to Loyola. Lots of food options nearby.
