It includes play area, basketball court, soccer court, sprinkler area, running and bike paths. brbrFor all the train enthusiasts and kids a 4-5 car train passes right next to the house twice a day Mon -Fri between 12-5. Since it goes into a train yard it doesn’t sound a horn so it’s easy to miss!!! It’s always nice to see and feel free to wave at the conductor. brbrThe house is located on the beautiful boulevard and it’s hard to believe you’re in the busy city, but don’t let that fool you of all the things around the house. brWithin walking distance: Starbucks, McDonald’s,Aldi, Walmart, Chase Bank, Dominos, KFCbrWithin a short car ride away you have everything else you can think of. brLogan Square Nightlife and amazing restaurants. The greenway bike path right infront of the house or Chicago 606 minutes way. Our intent is not to prevent you and your group from enjoying yourselves. We want all of our guests to have fun! The gas fireplace in the master bedroom is available for use.br• If you timely let us know about a missing or damaged item, we will simply charge for the replacement cost. Otherwise, if anything is stolen, missing, or damaged, but unreported, you will be fined, or your damage deposit will be reduced by, three times the replacement cost for the missing item, and theft will result in a $500 minimum fine.br• If more guests stay at the property than the number of guests specified in your reservation, you will be charged $25 per unidentified guest each night. If more guests stay than the maximum allowed by the listing, you will be charged $50 per extra guest per night, and either your damage deposit will not be returned or you will be fined $100.br• On rare occasion, when our home is left unusually dirty, the cleaner charges extra.
