This home has very thick windows and brick exterior where when the train passes, it’s NOT loud, but you do hear it if paying attention. We also have every sleeping space equipped with quality white-noise makers that null out any noise while trying to sleep. We think you will find it to be very minor the noise from the train, but we do have to note this. If you’re a very sensitive sleeper and need it absolutely dead silent, this may not be the place for you.brbrThis is considered a single-family home, but there is a nice family that lives behind this home, so please be courteous. No shared walls, but the stairs to the rooftop are shared. They do not use, but please make sure no knocking on their door where this entrance is to get to rooftop.
