It sits in an urban neighborhood and as an older building some noise transmission from the street and between units is inevitable, similar to what may naturally occur in any apartment building.brbrPlease note that the private parking behind the building is shared between three units and is on First Come First Serve basis. It can hold up to 4 cars stacked 2 by 2, which means that in order not to block guests from other units by parking behind them, only two units can potentially park at the same time. If your party is traveling with multiple cars, please park one behind another as a courtesy to other guests.
