Living area is on the 2nd floor overlooking the green space. Biking, walking trails are nearby as is the golf course and airport. Quaint McCall proper is just 1.5-2.0 miles away as are the grocery stores. Ice skating, breweries, restaurants, shops and of course, Payette Lake. Ponderosa State Park is 3-4 miles away and Brundage Ski resort is a 15 minute easy drive and Tamarack Ski resort a 30 minute drive. So much to do in this area winter or summer! Lots of resources are provided inside the Townhome for things to do and places to go.
