You are close to the entrance to the Thoroughfare or the natural channel bridging picturesque Upper Priest Lake and Lower Priest. Bring your boat and keep it tied to the dock right in front of the cabin!brbrDuring the summer, spring and fall months the canal is a great location for the kids to enjoy paddling a canoe, catching frogs and exploring in safe environment. Adults will love paddle-boarding in the calm waters of the canal and the adjacent shallow Sand Bar. Hop in your boat to enjoy the miles and miles of sandy beaches... or your kayak for a relaxing paddle up the Thoroughfare.brbrA great campfire ring is the perfect location to share s'mores and stories after a busy day of hiking, water sports, kayaking or canoeing.brbrThe cabin was built in 2005 and is well appointed. Have all the amenities of home (except TV & stress) located in the beautiful Priest Lake area. The main floor is setup as a Great Room Layout so that you can enjoy spending time with friends and family while you prepare your meals in the modern kitchen. Dine either at the large family table, breakfast bar, or the teak table on the covered porch.brbrThis property is also a nice location for your fall hunting trip or winter stay. Access to prime snowmobiling, snow shoeing and adventure is just around the corner. Crackling fire in the wood stove (also electric heaters) will take the chill out of the air during the fall and winter months. brbrThe master bedroom is on the main floor. Enjoy the morning sun and view of the trees through the two bright windowsbrbrThe second bedroom is upstairs. It is a kids dream complete with two twin beds, a futon and a sleeping loft with queen mattress accessed through a ladder. brbrThe third bedroom fills the other half of the second level. It has a rustic wooden poster queen bed with a comfortable mattress and bunk beds. This is large room with extra space to relax. (Note, it is not as private because it doubles as the upstairs game room / common area).brbrThere is a bathroom on each floor. The downstairs bathroom has a quaint feel, vintage looking tile floor and claw foot tub. The additional bathroom upstairs has another toilet and stand-up shower.brbrA washer and dryer is located on the main floor. The kitchen is fully furnished and a cooks delight. brbrVerizon cell phone coverage is available, but spotty. There is cell phone reception improved in the cabin by a booster for Verizon customers. brbrRecently added Wi-Fi internet from Starlink Satellite. Fast! 60-150 Mbps. But I recommend keeping the password secret from the family and pretending the outside digits world does not exist. Really, truly, it is the best place to unplug and unwind- during any season! brbrThis is our personal get-a-way that we are pleased to share with others when we are not able to be there. Stay in this beautiful home just steps from the lake! This home is completely outfitted with everything you will need. All cooking utensils, pots, pans etc are provided. There are 2 full size ovens in the kitchen. Bedding, towels, beach towels are provided. There is a washer/dryer for your use. The home can accommodate 12 people in beds. Priest Lake is a beautiful, clean lake. Activities include boating, water skiing, wake-boarding, jet-skiing, fishing, golfing, hiking, biking, snowmobiling and cross country skiing in winter. The shared dock will accommodate 2 boats (one in a slip and one on the side). Our home is located less than a mile from the east side groomed snowmobile trails. Indian Creek is just 15 minutes away for cross country skiing. There are wonderful, 5 star restaurants and nightlife around the lake. Priest Lake boasts a beautiful and challenging, 18 hole golf course, complete with club house and restaurant! Come and experience 'Idaho's Crown Jewel'!

Our family cabin is cozy and sleeps up to 6. Great for 2 couples or families with older children. Located on the west shore of Priest Lake. Over 100 feet of shoreline on this property provides great views of and access to the lake. An excellent place to disconnect and unwind. There is direct shoreline access to the water but no sandy beach.brbrIt has a new sturdy dock, access to trails, and direct rocky shore access to the water. Boat access to resorts, fishing, water skiing, and boat only access beaches are excellent from this end of the lake. Would highly recommend bringing or renting a boat while staying at this cabin.brbrVerizon has a cell phone tower right across the lake that provides excellent bandwidth for accessing the internet. Other services are not likely to work.brbrThe loft bedroom does not offer much privacy with its 2 double beds which is open to the stairway. The lower bedroom situated under the deck is completely detached which means you will have a lot of privacy but need to go outside and up the deck stairs to get to the main cabin and bathroom.brbrOur cabin is rustic. We have all of the basic kitchen appliances: refrigerator, microwave and electric range as well as a propane grill on the deck. Utensils, cookware, and dishware provided. Linens are NOT provided. Running water is NOT filtered so you must bring drinking water.brbrThe cabin is on a steep incline which requires a significant number of stairs up to the driveway and down to the lake. The driveway is also steep but you don't need a 4wd vehicle. There is not a way to turn around at the end of the driveway so you'll need to back out. Additional parking is also available at the top of the driveway. This cabin is NOT handicap accessible. Trash must be stored in bearproof cage when not in the house. There is a lot of wildlife so food must not be left out. Would not recommend to families with small children.brbrNOTE: Please read house rules. All bookings are Sunday to Sunday only. Weekly rentals only, other bookings will not be accepted.
