Please do not allow your dogs to jump up onto the beds or couches. If the dogs are accustomed to being allowed on the furniture at home, please bring blankets to protect the surfaces. If you forget to bring blankets, let us know and we will provide you with some. If you bring a pet and do not tell us or pay the fee, we will charge your damage deposit for the pet fee plus $100 for the unexpected extra services required to clean the house. brbrImportant info about pool heating and fees: Both the spa and the pool will be at the same temperature if you choose to heat the pool because they share the same plumbing and heater. Most people prefer a heated spa in colder temperatures to a heated pool because the spa is set to 101 degrees and the pool heater would be set to 85 degrees. If the daytime air temp doesn't get above 58 degrees the pool will have a difficult time staying heated. The heating of the spa is included with your stay. If you want to heat the entire pool we have an additional heating fee of $199 plus $25 per night to maintain the temperature. If you arrive at the house and change your mind about the pool heating, the initial heating fee of $199 will not be refunded. brbrOur pool technician comes on Tuesdays to check the chemicals and Fridays to clean. Our lawn/landscape professional comes on Wednesdays.
