This vacation villa is within 3 miles of 8 public golf courses and it’s 12 miles to Boca Grande beaches, restaurants and shopping; 8 miles to Manasota Key beaches, restaurants and shopping; 12 miles to the Charlotte Sports Park, home of the Charlotte Stone Crabs and spring training home of the Tampa Bay Rays; and so much more!
