Your balance Payment is due 30 Days before Arrival. If your stay is within 30 days, the total cost is due to reserve property, which is non-refundable. We strongly encourage Vacation Rental Travel Insurance. If the Reservation is canceled outside of the property's cancelation window, Deposit Payment will be refunded minus 5% of the payment for the Cancellation Fee to cover Administrative and Credit Card Processing costs, and Guest is released from financial liability on the remaining balance owed. Cancellations with less than 30-day notice will result in 100% loss of all payments. Refunds due to another guest's rebooking will be considered case-by-case. When booking through Airbnb cancellation terms may vary slightly. See your dashboard for details.brbrbrSYSTEM FAILURES. In the event, the Vacation Home sustains a failure of a system, including but not limited to water, sewer, septic, electrical, mechanical, propane, heat pumps, ventilating, and structural systems, neither the Owner nor the Agent shall be liable to You in damages and no refunds will be given for such failures. However, the Agent will make an effort to promptly repair or replace the failed system or equipment. In such event, You agree to permit Agent or its service staff to have reasonable access to the property to inspect and make such repair.brbrbrACTS OF GOD/CONSTRUCTION NOISE. Neither Owner nor Agent shall be liable for events beyond their control which may interfere with Your scheduled occupancy, including but not limited to Acts of God, acts of governmental agencies (e.g. beach nourishment, condemnation, etc.), fire, strikes, terrorism, war, inclement weather, including flooding, and construction noise from nearby sites. NO REBATE OR REFUND will be offered in these circumstances. brbrbrUTILITIES. The Host shall be responsible for all utilities and services to the Premises EXCEPT for the following: None.brbr brbrSECURITY DEPOSIT. The Guest shall be obligated to pay the following amounts upon the execution of this Agreement: brbr brbrSecurity Deposit amount as detailed in the booking process. The Security Deposit is for the faithful performance of the Guest under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Guest must pay the Security Deposit at the execution of this Agreement. The Security Deposit shall be returned to the Guest within the State's requirements after the end of the Lease Term less any itemized deductions. This Security Deposit shall not be credited towards any Rent unless the Host gives their written consent.brbrbrDAMAGE PROTECTION PLAN. La Vie Vacations LLC applies a Property Protection Program for a charge of $65.00 for each reservation. This damage Protection program covers up to $10,000.00 in accidental damage (excluding linen damage) to your rented unit that occurs during your covered occupancy. La Vie Vacations LLC is responsible for filing all program claims on behalf of the tenants, and the tenant will be notified in writing of any such claim. Tenant verification may be required in certain cases. Tenant will be responsible for the cost of repair of all damages that exceed the coverage Limit of the Property Protection Program. The amount you pay for the Property Protection Program includes any related insurance, technology support, service, claims adjudication costs, and administrative fees charged by La Vie Vacations LLC for making this coverage available. This program does not cover intentional damage, those resulting from the tenant's negligence, or damages from non-compliance with the terms of this agreement. Determination of actual damages will be at the sole discretion of La Vie Vacations LLC and the program underwriter. brbrbrTHE PARTIES.
