MBYC is a gated well maintained facility.brbrMBYC is a private community that has suffered from the damage that Helene caused in September 2024. Our community has stayed strong and is still in process of being rebuilt. Our condo has been fully remodeled due to the storm. We are very proud of our new condo. brbrMBYC has two outdoor heated pools, sun loungers, umbrellas, seating tables, and fishing piers. Restaurants, shopping, bars and a public park are all within walking distance to this complex. John's pass is a short drive away.brbrOur unit is a 1st floor, two bedroom, one bath condo that is approximately 750 square foot. It has a fully- equipped kitchen. The master bedroom includes a king size bed. The second bedroom includes a full size bunk bed. This unit has a washer/dryer.brbrNo smoking or vaping will be tolerated. You will be charged $800.00 if we have to clean up smoking odor.
