If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location. 4. Pool/spa heat is additional fee if available. The pool/spa heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it might take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed. Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours before check in. 5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional fee. In the upstairs, you will find the master bedroom with a king size bed with an ensuite. The next two bedrooms have two twin beds in each room with a shared bathrooms. You will love it. It is very contemporary. It has its own private (plunge) pool. It can be heated (pool heating is not included in the price). The kitchen is fully equipped with all what you need (pots, pans, microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher...). Your reservation gives you free access to the clubhouse (gym, pool, spa, game room). You will love the surroundings. The subdivision is an eco-friendly place (solar powered street lighting...). And it is so close to the stores (5 min drive) and to Disney (18 min drive).
