During the winter months, THE WEATHER WILL HIGHLY AFFECT POOL TEMPS. The colder the air, the less heat the heat pump will be able to produce. Therefore, during these times of low temperatures or high winds, pools may not maintain the desired temperature. Guests are prohibited from tampering with pool chemicals, equipment, temperatures, or settings. If it is found that a Guest has tampered with chemicals, equipment, or temperature settings or that a technician has been erroneously called out, the Guest will be responsible for any expenses incurred or may forfeit their deposit. No refunds, credits or discounts will be given for adverse weather conditions or technical/mechanical issues.br- GRILLS/FIRE PITS: Are a courtesy of the owner and responsibility of the guest. Guests are responsible for providing their own propane and cleaning the grill. br- DEPOSIT / DAMAGE PROTECTION PLAN – We offer additional damage protection for $70 which covers up to $3,000.00 in accidental damages.
