It is known for its breathtaking cliffs, and we highly recommend a boat, kayak or SUP tour to see them from the water. The town has a picturesque historical centre, great food and friendly people. As it is located on the coast, you can enjoy several watersports activities such as surfing and sailing. There are many activities for all ages and preferences in this area.brbrYou can do everything on foot! The beach is only a 10 min walk away, the Marina only 5 min, the city centre not more than 10 min, and the supermarket at 10 min away. The central train station of Lagos is even closer, only a 3 min walk.brbr## TransitbrbrYou are free to do everything on foot, but if you want to explore the Monchique Range, enjoy the worldwide famous Surf spots (Praia do Amado) and visit the south-westernmost tip of Europe (Sagres), it is better to rent a car. Don't worry about parking; you will easily find a spot directly from the building.
