NB our cancellation policy is very reasonable: more than 8 weeks: the booking deposit, between 4 and 8 weeks: 75% of the total rental cost, less than 4 weeks: 100% of the total rental cost. The villa can be rented using 3 or 4 bedrooms depending upon the number of guests - 3 bedrooms for 6 people and 4 bedrooms for upto 8 people. There is a small additional fee for use of the 4th bedroom.br brOur modern, very comfortably furnished semi-detached villa with magnificent 180°sea views is set in the heart of the village of Praia da Luz, only 80m from the beach. Its central, yet quiet location is perfect for those who want a relaxing self-catering holiday. The house is relatively unique in that it is one of the few that is in the heart of the village and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. It has recently been extensively refurbished including the installation of a new kitchen with wine fridge, water filter (for drinking), a pellet burner, new bathrooms, new floor tiling throughout, new windows and electric shutters throughout. The bedrooms have been insulated and air conditioning installed in three of the bedrooms. There is a small fourth bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Wifi is included and speakers in the ceiling have recently been installed for use with your own music such as spotify etc. Beach towels are also included in addition to bathroom towels. The safe beach offers a range of water sports in the Summer months and the area boasts a number of nearby golf courses. brbrThe house is three storey with the entrance on the first floor where there are two bedrooms - one double room (king size bed) and one twin bedded room (both have sea views and air conditioning). On this floor, there is also a bathroom and small storage room. Leading off the hall, there are two marble staircases, one leads down to the ground floor where the master bedroom (king size bed) and large en-suite walk-in shower room are situated and this also has air conditioning . Opposite the master bedroom is a recently converted room with a daybed which converts to a single bed and which also pulls out to create a double bed - this room is ideally suited to children but will also accommodate adults. This room also has a small en-suite bathroom. Both main bathrooms benefit from heated towel rails. There is a main door at ground floor level which leads into the walled garden. Patio doors from the downstairs bedrooms also open onto the garden which benefits from sunshine all day long. brThe garden has a secure gate, sun loungers and BBQ area. The other staircase from the hall leads up to the open plan living accommodation. With large glass windows, this area is light and bright and has a well equipped kitchen. The large wrap around balcony offers the perfect setting for alfresco dining with fabulous 180° sea views. Shade is provided by a large, retractable sun canopy. brbrGuests also enjoy membership of the Luz Bay Hotel and its facilities (April- October) which is in close proximity to the house. This includes six passes for the adult, family and toddler swimming pools (additional passes can be purchased from the hotel on a daily basis). There are also facilities such as sauna, massage and Turkish baths available (bookable locally). Guests are also able to hire the tennis courts of the Jonathan Markson Tennis Academy with three astro tennis courts - rackets and balls can also be hired and coaching can also be arranged. In 2021, padel courts were created in the village - a three minute walk from the house - courts and equipment can be hired directly at the Ocean Padel Club. There are plenty of water sports activities on the beach (seasonal) and numerous golf courses in close proximity, including Penina, Palmares, Parque da Floresta, Espiche and Boavista. Free Wi-Fi and multi-channel TV are provided.brbrThere are opportunities to book personal training or yoga sessions or group fitness classes/bootcamps - details can be provided upon request.brbrThe house can be rented for up to six people using three bedrooms and two bathrooms or for up to eight people using four bedrooms and three bathrooms (for a small additional fee). This centrally located apartment in Praia da Luz is in a peaceful, characterful block surrounded by greenery and the palm trees from which the complex derives its name. A large covered verandah extends the full width of the apartment’s living spaces, and the garden outlook and sound of the sea nearby provides a pleasant space to relax. There is a limited sea view from the verandah. Outside table and chairs and a Weber barbecue allow for al fresco dining to enjoy the enviable Algarve climate. brAll rooms are spacious and comfortably appointed, and the apartment is in newly decorated order. It is very well equipped and appointed throughout, with everything you could need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. There is a new dishwasher and laundry machines and Wifi is provided free of charge. There is a TV and DVD player, with a selection of DVDs including many for children. There is also a Sonos system to allow guests to stream their own music, and a selection of games and additional games and toys for children available on request.brThe main bedroom is ensuite and has a King sized bed. The second bedroom has twin beds. The curtains in both bedrooms have blackout linings to ensure a comfortable sleep-in! In addition to the 2 bedrooms, a Queen size sofa bed is provided in the Living Room to accommodate an additional two persons- by prior arrangement, please! We would prefer for a maximum of 4 adult guests in total. Small pets are welcome, but also by prior arrangement. Pets must be supervised in order to avoid any disturbance for the neighbours. Please also note that the garden space is adequate for smaller pets, but is not fully closed off as the gardeners require access. Although we allow Instant Booking we reserve the right to cancel the booking if extra people and pets are included without prior agreement- please just send us a quick email to let us know details about the additional little guests. brExcellent local restaurants, grocery stores and local amenities are within close walking distance, and the beautiful family-friendly Praia da Luz beach offers some waterspouts and has a range of cafés and eateries on the beach promenade.
