I went with my family ( children and grand children) and we all agreed that we doente a lovely time at that Villa : very close to the Beach , recently renewed , week equipped and very comfortable . Balcony with great view to the sea where we had all our meals.

Second stay with family had a great time again easy to find, location great everything on your doorstep.

We had a very pleasant one-week stay at the apartment. Very spacious, lots of kitchen ware and nice that standard items like herbs, vinegar, dishwasher tablets etc were available. Bed was great and good to have fans. One tip: majority of the week we had temperatures below 30 and lots of wind. When temperatures went up and wind laid down, an airconditioning would have been comfortable.

Annie was an amazing hostess. She was prompt to respond and very accomodating.The area is beautiful and a 2 min walk from the beach.House is equipped with all practical items that we needed.Overall great value!

Absolutely wonderful!!! Spacious, beautiful, and location to beach, Baptiste supermarket, cafes and restaurants all within an easy 5 minute walk!!! A true gem! It has every necessity you need. Loved every moment of our stay at Casa do Marmaduke Scarlet! And for the adventurous, there is an 8km hike on a great path along the cliffs to Lagos. Start early, wear a hat and bring lots of water!

We had a great stay at this lovely townhouse in central Luz. The location is ideal — just a 5-minute walk to the beach and close to everything you might need. The house is clean, nicely renovated, and very comfortable.One big plus was the private parking spot right in front of the house. It easily fit our VW Multivan rental, so for anyone traveling with a larger vehicle or simply needing parking, this rental is a perfect choice.The house also came with two beach umbrellas and two foldable beach chairs — a great bonus for beach days. There’s a Spar supermarket about 8 minutes away on foot, which was very convenient for groceries and even a few takeaway meals.A few small things to mention: there was only one physical key for the house, which can be a bit limiting for groups. Personally, I’d love to see more digital locks in Portugal — they’re far more practical and guest-friendly. Also, some basics like toilet paper, detergent, and garbage bags were supplied in very minimal quantities — having a bit more would’ve made things easier.While staying here, we enjoyed:Restaurante Valverde – great grilled sardines (a short drive or Bolt ride).Zest Bistro & Pizzaria – good, just a 3-4-minute walk.Pizza Real – solid take-out pizza.Licks Gelato – excellent gelato close by.All in all, a wonderful stay — I’d rate it 4.5 out of 5, not quite a full 5 due to the small practical things mentioned above. But we would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay! Beautiful unit - just like the photos or better. Perfect location to walk to the beach, restaurants, etc. There were 5 adults in our party - plenty of space inside and out with well furnished patios, etc. Definitely would like to return.Owner & property manager great to deal with.

Owner is very kind and easy to talk to. Very comfortable 2 story with 3 decks and a patio. Would be great for 4 adults and 2 kids. The picture of the patio posted by the owner is your every morning. Quiet neighborhood, great restaurants in walking distance. Easy in out, but short on parking. One room is 2 twins “kids’ room” 2 bathrooms in the hallway and one room with an ensuite, every door has a lock. Wonderful rain head showers and a bath tub for those who need that, all recently remodeled. Biggest downfall was the stairs, it’s a beautiful circular stair inside and lovely curved steps between the patio and balcony and a flight down to the front door so pack in and out is a lot of flights, but we would still rent again if brought back to Luz. Great vacation spot for a long stay.

A wonderful property in a great location. We had a fantastic stay.

This home was clean, cute and very close to the beach and the umbrella rental area. Also close to town and a handful of shops and restaurants. Only 15 minute Uber to Lagos. I misunderstood that there was a code to access the property and I thought I had to meet a property manager to get in probably confusion on my part. Very nice place. Curly stairs separating bedrooms from kitchen area could be difficult for some. We had a great time and would recommend this rental!

Easy to find, great view and close to the shops. Even closer to Latitude tapas bar! Would recommend this villa to anyone considering Luz for a restful stay.
