Charming villa in the Algarve with private swimming pool nearby beach

Great property, everything you need , very private as its at the end of the street, and very peaceful .

I’ve stayed in a few houses in Domus Ibérica but this was by far my favourite!

Loved the house, spent a lot of time at the house and in the pool. House had all the amenities we needed although the TV had no signal. The town of Burgau was small and picturesque, the beach was long with soft sand. The kids enjoyed the water sports on the beach. There were enough bars and restaurants to try different places. The location good for trips to Sagres, Lagos and slip and slide all within easy reach. A great stay!

We recently had the pleasure of staying in this charming villa in Burgau, and it's safe to say the photographs on the Vrbo site don't do it justice. This gorgeous two-bedroom villa exceeded all our expectations. It features a comfortable sitting and dining area, along with a small but well-equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and washing machine, making our stay incredibly convenient. One of the highlights is the pool area and terrace, which get sunlight from morning until night, perfect for lounging and relaxing. Additionally, the private side balcony is an ideal spot for an evening drink while enjoying the sunset. The villa is clean and stylish, and we were impressed by the attentive service from the housekeeper and pool man, who both visited twice during our 10-day stay. The inclusion of beach towels was a great advantage, and the welcome gift of wine, essential store cupboard items and the liquid soaps and perfume was a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. Burgau itself is a stunning place, and we appreciated the convenient No. 4 bus to neighbouring Praia da Luz and Lagos. Taxis to Lagos were also affordable, costing under €10 for a one-way trip. This was our fourth visit to Burgau, and without a doubt, we would not hesitate to book this villa again. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

The property was clean and well equipt. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Lovely outdoor area to sunbathe and eat. Easy walking distance of the beach and lovely local bars and cafes - everyone was so helpful and friendly. Lots of lovely walks close by as well as arras to explore further afield.

4th time staying in beautiful Burgau, this fantastic villa is by far the best we have stayed in, would love to stay again. Spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen, lots of extras beach towels, beach seats and amazing swimming pool. You will not be disappointed, it really is a special holiday home and hosted by Candida who is superb and can’t do enough to make your stay extra comfortable. Thank you

Nice place, good location, enjoyed our stay but a couple of glitches on arrival and problems with a beeping safe waking us up.

We had the best week here in Burgau, the villa is wonderful with everything you could possibly need, the swimmjng pool was a firm favourite! The village is beautiful and has some lovely restaurants and a great beach. We would love to visit again, a really special place ?
