This Beautiful 1920's Period House is situated in Southbourne Bournemouth. brbrThe property is only 10 - 15 minute walk to one of Bournemouth's award winning beaches and a short taxi ride from Bournemouth town centre as well as the magical New Forest. brbrThis property can sleep up to 32 in 9 bedrooms. Most rooms are en-suite as the property has 8 bathrooms and one toilet. One of the en-suites features a Sauna and another one a large 4 man bath ! brbrThe house has a large lounge that can be set up for dinners as well as a well equipped kitchen. The sleeping arrangements are flexible and we can make double beds to suit the group. brbrThe property also has a large garden and a conservatory. There is parking for up to 10-12 cars on the front drive. brbrThere are local shops, restaurants and bars only about 5 minute walk from the property and the nightlife of Bournemouth is only a short drive away. brbrThe area also offers many activities including cycling and watersports. We are happy to help you organise activities, catering and any extras you may wish to add to your holiday. brbr The property also has a private Spa with a Sauna, Jacuzzi, Steam room and an outside plunge pool - this can be accessed at an extra cost or with one of our packages.
