This Beautiful 1920's Period House is situated in Southbourne Bournemouth.
The property is only 10 - 15 minute walk to one of Bournemouth's award winning beaches and a short taxi ride from Bournemouth town centre as well as the magical New Forest.

Stayed Oct 24, 2025We held a 90th surprise birthday celebration and the property was perfect for our needs. Very well equipped and the bedrooms were lovely and clean. Ample parking. The host was particularly helpful and obliging. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a large venue. We had a great weekend - thank you.

Stayed Aug 4, 2024The property was ideally set up for all 4 generations of our family to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday, providing large communal spaces to celebrate together as well as enough bedrooms and bathrooms to allow privacy. The sound-proofing in lounge/dining room allowed the adults to continue celebrations after the children's bedtime. However, to maintain the sound-proofing, the windows have been nailed shut, which meant there was insufficient ventilation and the room became too hot. The property was well located for easy access to shops, pubs, restaurants and beaches.All the rooms were clean and tidy but would benefit from an update and additional hanging space. Overall, the property provided excellent value for money and enough space for the 20 members of our party to celebrate together and for each member of the party to have their own personal space,

Stayed Apr 8, 2022I couldn't rate this property any higher. Perfect location and so well presented. The manager could not have done more for us and was only ever a phonecall away should we need anything. Booked for a hen party and utilised the large lounge / diner space for an evening in.
