Beachfront Beach Hut with Stunning coastal views

Bournemouth, England, United Kingdom

Summary:brbrWelcome to our bright, cosy beach hut, ideal for short beach breaks. Make your coffee, tea, and breakfast while watching the sunrise over the morning tides. brbrbrbrGet out and explore, taking the ferry over to Mudeford Quay and Harbour for some crabbing or a fish lunch on the beach. Fire up our BBQ, and enjoy views of the Jurassic Coastline. As the sun goes down, a starlit canopy is unveiled for a magical evening. In the morning, wake up and dive straight into the sea for a refreshing swim!brbrbrbrThe Space:brbrOur beach hut features a gas range and oven, a plush sofa bed, and a tiny loft with a comfy bed. It’s a tight yet livable space suitable for families and couples, but probably not private enough for groups of friends. brbrbrbrAfter a long day at the beach, ditch the sand with communal shower facilities and toilets located a 50m walk from the hut.brbrbrbrMobile battery packs supply solar power for your electricity needs. They help reduce our carbon footprint, but unfortunately, this means power for charging devices may not last for your entire stay. brbrbrbrGuests must also adhere to sandbank guidelines and be silent after 10 pm, with no amplified noise (including portable speakers) allowed at any time.brbrbrbr**Please note that this property operates with a strict, zero-tolerance policy for any noise and does not accommodate events of any size. brbrbrbrGuests must only be the number stated in the booking at all times. brbrbrbrWe may require a deposit for single-night bookings, last-minute reservations, and large booking groups. This can be retained for noise complaints, unauthorised parties, excessive uncleanliness, or damage beyond normal use.brbrbrbr**The hut operates on a leave it as found policy. Unfortunately, our housekeepers have a short turnaround to get the hut ready for the next guests. Please sweep up, pack rubbish, and clean as needed.brbrbrbrGuest Access:brbrGuests have full private access to the beach hut throughout the day and overnight.brbrbrbrThe beach hut is remote and isolated on Mudeford Sandbank. It is beach-facing, rather than harbour-facing, and located in the middle of the spit. brbrbrbrAccess to the hut is best from Hengistbury Head car park, where parking costs around £20 per day. From here it is then a 20-25 minute walk (through the forest), or you can use the Land Rover train during the day for an extra small charge.brbrbrbrIt is recommended to buy essentials before you park up and head to the beach hut. On the sandbank, there is a beach cafe, which has varied opening hours during the seasons. Check their page Beach House Cafe Mudeford for full info.brbrbrbrToilets and shower facilities are located in a separate block, just a 50m walk from the beach hut. The hut itself has water supplied from a water butt at the back of the hut. And there's a mains water pipe located behind the hut for fresh drinking water, and to refill the water butt when required.brbrbrbrThe Neighborhood:brbrA unique stay, in one of the UK's most illustrious Sandbanks.brbrbrbrPlease note:brbr- That this is a quiet place, where no amplified music or parties of any kind can take place.brbr- Guests must be conscious of neighbours, and we respond on a zero-tolerance basis for any neighbour noise complaints.brbr- This space operates on a bring-your-own-linen or sleeping bags arrangementbrbr- Note that power is not guaranteed for the full duration of your stay, due to the use of portable battery packsbrbrbrbrGetting Around:brbrNote that the beach hut is located a 25-minute walk (or 10-minute train ride) from Henigsbury Head car park.brbrAlternative access is from Mudeford Quay (via the ferry).brbrThe hut is located beachside, rather than harbourside.brbrbrbrOther Things to Note:brbr**We operate on a bring-your-own-linen policy. There are double duvets, mattresses, and pillows you can use and cover. Some people prefer to bring sleeping bags instead. We understand that these are an awkward thing to pack. However, we can't provide linens for guests due to the size and isolation of the hut, and the short changeovers between bookings. We apologise for this inconvenience and hope you understand.brbrbrbrInteraction with Guests:brbrWe provide a contact for our housekeeper, who will contact you in person for verification and to answer any questions you have. They will provide you with a key code for access.
