The Master Bedroom has a Super King Bed, a FLATSCREEN TV with FREEVIEW and an ensuite shower room with a toilet. The second Double Bedroom has a Super King Bed with a FLATSCREEN TV with FREEVIEW. The third Bedroom is a Quadruple Bedroom which has Bunk Beds, a King Size Bed, a FLATSCREEN TV with FREEVIEW and an ensuite shower room with a toilet. This room benefits from double doors leading on to the rear garden.

The apartment has a lounge/diner with a FLATSCREEN TV - FREEVIEW - FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).

Leading off the lounge/diner is the modern kitchen area which is equipped with an ELECTRIC INDUCTION HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE - FLATSCREEN TV - FREEVIEW and a breakfast bar with seating for four.

The property has a modern bathroom with an oval bath, hand held shower and a toilet. In the bathroom you will find a cupboard which houses the WASHING MACHINE.

Whilst being an integral part of Bournemouth, Boscombe offers a variety of amenities should you wish to remain local. Known for being a seaside resort with an abundance of shopping and activity of its own, Boscombe is close enough to central Bournemouth for you to walk, travel by car or bus to take full advantage in exploring both places. Whilst Bournemouth is famous for its chines, Boscombe has its own. Boscombe Chine is a verdant delight of woodland walks where you may watch out for squirrels, and with a round of crazy gold thrown in for good measure. Surrounded by the famous sandy beaches of Bournemouth and for those who like to start the day the right way, the sea off Boscombe beach is perfect for an early morning swim.
