Make your coffee, tea, and breakfast while watching the sunrise over the morning tides. brbrGet out and explore, taking the ferry over to Mudeford Quay and Harbour for some crabbing or a fish lunch on the beach. Fire up our BBQ, and enjoy views of the Jurassic Coastline. As the sun goes down, a starlit canopy is unveiled for a magical evening. In the morning, wake up and dive straight into the sea for a refreshing swim!brOur beach hut features a gas range and oven, a plush sofa bed, and a tiny loft with a comfy bed. It’s a tight yet livable space suitable for families and couples, but probably not private enough for groups of friends. brbrAfter a long day at the beach, ditch the sand with communal shower facilities and toilets located a 50m walk from the hut.brbrMobile battery packs supply solar power for your electricity needs. They help reduce our carbon footprint, but unfortunately, this means power for charging devices may not last for your entire stay. brbrGuests must also adhere to sandbank guidelines and be silent after 10 pm, with no amplified noise (including portable speakers) allowed at any time.brbr**Please note that this property operates with a strict, zero-tolerance policy for any noise and does not accommodate events of any size. brbrGuests must only be the number stated in the booking at all times. brbrWe may require a deposit for single-night bookings, last-minute reservations, and large booking groups. Set in its own grounds, with a large, safe back garden and car park.brThe 2 bedroom apartment is light, airy and very spacious. Consists of lounge with double bed, sofas and freeview t.v. One double bedroom with double bed, br second bedroom with 2 single beds. Separate kitchen/diner with table and chairs, convection oven, microwave, fridge freezer and, washing machine as well as cooking utensils, crockery, kettle and toaster. Fully tiled bathroom with shower over bath. Free wi-fi (subject to internet provider). In our large private garden, there is a large lawn and a patio area with plenty of seating and tables. A rotary clothes line is also available. We can provide a cot/highchair (bring own bedding).brbrRegency Court is located next to the beautiful Bournemouth Pleasure gardens with its tennis courts, and coffee shop, free table tennis and adventure playground. You can easily walk to the town and beaches within 15 mins (7 mins if you take the shortcut). 2 mins from the apartment you will find bus stops, a Co-op supermarket, takeaways and restaurants. You can leave your car in the car park and walk or catch the bus. The owners will be there to greet you and be available during your stay. brbrWe have just started advertising with HomeAway, so we do not have many reviews yet.
