Luxury, modern, contemporary 2 bed apartment mins from town centre, golf & beach

We rented James' lovely flat for a few days to visit with friends and family in the Bournemouth area. Usually we stay in hotel rooms when we visit - this was so much more relaxing, it was a haven to return to every day! And walking distance to Waitrose! The flat is in top-notch condition, and provided everything we needed in the kitchen, and even a drying rack for our loads of laundry.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The property was spacious and well maintained and presented. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the photos online were very accurate. I would highly recommend this property.

We travelled as a family (2 adults and 2 children) and enjoyed our stay. The information sent beforehand was useful, and the check-in was straightforward. The apartment had all of the facilities as advertised, and it was nice to arrive to a bottle of wine! We had no problems with the 2 flights of stairs to the property. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. There was a washer/dryer (essential when travelling with young children) and a dishwasher. It was also nice to have the Nespresso machine with capsules provided. There was a good size fridge/freezer. The kids enjoyed the entertainment with Google assistant, and TVs with Sky and Netflix. The only negative was the size of the allocated parking space. It was tight for a medium/large car. This was not a problem for us because there were no parking restrictions on the road at the time we travelled (the parking restrictions are lifted during University holiday times). Overall, we had a lovely stay and enjoyed exploring Bournemouth and the surrounding coastal areas.

The property ticked all the boxes it was very spacious and very clean. It was a lovely property and was done to a very high standard. We would definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Bournemouth.

Very handy location. Shops nearby(Waitrose 5 mins drive /10-15 mins walk). Apartment very well equipped and comfortable. Dealings with Property owner/manager very good. Prompt responses to queries before stay and rep on site to meet us on arrival. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

Lovely time in the modern apartment. Great communication too. Location was brilliant to explore Dorset and it was in a nice area.

This property is 2nd to none , from the outset of viewing and enquiring about this property , James the host was spot on answering all questions I asked very promptly and professionally. We was met at the property by 2 very welcoming faces Claire and James daughter heather . Both very informative about the mod cons and other useful things we found useful whilst spending our very comfortable stay at this property I would highly recommend a stay here and will definitely like to book and stay again Thanks James Claire and heather for a very comfortable welcoming stay Regards Pete and family Ps I would also like to say was a lovely touch from Claire a text on the first night asking if we was settled ok and any needs not to hesitate to get in touch at anytime ????
