A digital TV, DVD player, music system and Wi-Fi are available along with a variety of books.There are also TVs in both bedrooms. There is a fold-away table and chairs in the living room as an alternative to dining outside or in the kitchen.The dining table in the kitchen seats four and the kitchen has a washing-machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and full-size dishwasher. This beautifully presented seafront, 2 bedroom, south facing ground floor apartment “ticks all the boxes”. With simple furnishings, bright fresh décor, Wi-Fi, parking and most of all lovely sea views from the living room and front terrace, it makes a great holiday home at any time of the year. Perfectly formed, this great little apartment is all about the outdoor space and fabulous terrace, the largest of all four that we manage at Pebbles Court.Having parked at the rear of the building there are steps and a slope around to the entrance from the sea facing terrace area. This apartment isn't huge but bijou and nicely appointed for a family holiday by the sea. I love it, I like the light and the pleasant feel of the apartment.From the front door you enter the main living space and heart of the home, the open plan, living, kitchen, diner. There is a corridor running front to back of the apartment from which all the other rooms lead off. The living room has double patio doors to the terrace and the view is over Combesgate beach and to the sea and Lundy. The only building in the foreground is the roof tops of The Watersmeet Hotel, an otherwise uninterrupted view. In the living room are a sofa and chairs, glass top table and dining chairs for four people.The fitted kitchen (2023) kitchen is open to the living room making this a more open plan feel. There is a good size TV and the apartment has unlimited Wi-Fi.In the kitchen area are the usual appliances, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, an hob and microwave. It caters for four people with utensils, crockery and cutlery.Along the corridor are the two bedrooms and family bathroom. The master double has double bed, two wardrobes, dressing table, chest of drawers and bedsides and a shower room en-suite with WC and sink. It has a window to the rear.The second bedroom is ideal for children from six years as it has bunk beds. The storage is limited but adequate for children. Again, the window is to the rear and is obscured with a blind as no view. The twin room has use of the family bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and sink basin.At the front the terrace gets the sun most of the day. There is a table set for outdoor dining and enjoying the views.Bring your faithful friend for just £20! per dog but please be aware that the outside area is not secure for dogs so they need to be attended if outside.Friday changeover.

There is a large wall mounted flat screen TV and sumptuous sofas and chairs to seat everyone.brbrThe dining table and chairs can seat up to six. Just a little drive from Woolacombe is the enchanting Ivycott sitting in its own grounds of approximately 2 acres. Raised up from the roadside, it enjoys far reaching views over farmland and neighbouring properties in the small hamlet.brbrThe huge driveway can accommodate parking for plenty of cars and once inside this 3 bedroom house there are several rooms for extended families to spread out. There are two entrance gates making the gardens and grounds more dog secure. On entering through the front door, on the left is the neat, compact sitting room with ample sofas to seat 6 people and TV (not a Smart TV), books and games are available. The wood burner makes this room a snug place to spend evenings with the family.brbrThere is a dining room with table to seat at least 6-8 and off it is a cute ‘'snug'' currently set up as a chill out room or playroom with a downstairs cloakroom with washing machine & tumble dryer. Next to the dining room is a bright kitchen with modern off white units, full size dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and food storage. It is fully equipped to cater for 6 people.brA lovely picture window looks out over the tiered garden and there is a useful porch at the back door for boots/shoes. This quirky seaside holiday home has ample parking and takes dogs. Here are a choice of two different entrances, either straight into the hallway or into a covered area between the garage and the cottage which is great when returning from a muddy dog walk or with sandy feet after a surf or day on the beach just paces away. The covered area houses the freezer and drinks fridge and a back door leads to an outside tap and steps up to a small terrace.‍I love this place; it has views from almost every room and just seems to tick every box. It is decorated throughout in a contemporary way with a bright white back drop with an occasional splash of colour carefully introduced in tasteful carefully chosen furnishings. The super aubergine leather sofa suite sets the colour theme in the main living room with matching leather armchairs. The patio doors face the exceptional view across to the sea. This room has an electric flame effect stove in the fireplace, a wall mounted large flat screen Smart TV, and coffee table. There is free Wi-Fi. Off this room is the utility room with wet room style shower, ideal for rinsing off the dogs or sandy feet. With washing machine and separate tumble dryer, a sink, work surfaces and storage, this room is a real bonus to any holiday home. The bright kitchen is fresh with white units and walls in a soft mid blue and the white gloss slab kitchen units housing full size dishwasher, two fridges, oven, hob and extractor. Short term parking is available opposite throughout the year.
