Stayed Jan 1, 1A lovely apartment, with a sae view and short walks to the beach and Woolacombe. All with it's own parking space, which is a definite bonus on busy Woolacombe days. If you're a surfer or have beach equipment, it really caters for that, as you have your own private, lockable shed in which to keep your kit (we managed to squeeze in a 9ft long board), and there an outside shower to rinse yourself and wetsuits, plus a washing line to dry your stuff. All of which make for a great holiday, and it's why we come back here. The apartment itself is really good, with a large lounge in which to relax and look out to sea. Missing it already...

Stayed Jan 1, 1The position of the apartment is perfect, if you are surfing or in the sea regularly, the rock path to the big beach is literally opposite. Barricane beach is a very short walk if you want a more sheltered dip in the sea, or a nice day on the beach with the dog. We loved it.

Stayed Jan 1, 1Large, comfortable apartment, near to beaches and cliff walks. We’ve been staying here for a few years now and find it suits us perfectly. Enclosed porch as you enter holds all your coats, boots, shoes, dog leads etc. twin bedroom then on your right and straight ahead a double roomy bedroom with small en-suite. Then left from porch is a lovely roomy bathroom with shower over bath. Through a door ahead of you is kitchen, then dining and large living area. The chairs are comfortable, high ceilings and light and bright, I love this room. Your own parking space is just outside, a tiny outside sitting area you can see the sea from. I really enjoy our times here.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Lovely size and layout of apartment, perfectly suited to a young family, and great for us taking our dog. General cleanliness could be improved - in particular had to scrub out and anti-bac the microwave before we could use it, clean the outside of the kettle, scrub the toilets and remove all the fluff / bits from cutlery tray. We also contacted the housekeeper and requested summer weight bedding for all of us before we arrived but this was not facilitated and none us slept well which spoilt our holiday. On saying this, we would be likely to stay again due to location / layout, but in the hope that cleanliness improved and that we would be provided with more suitable bedding. Holiday Home Hunter themselves were fabulous and provided excellent information/ support in advance.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Another lovely stay at this beautiful apartment. It’s very spacious, spotlessly clean, modern with the high ceilings that come with the age of the house giving more character. It has everything you need with a sea view, all on one level for those with mobility issues. It’s a short flat walk to town. Perfect, thank you.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We have been visiting Woolacombe for years, but first time staying in this apartment. It’s in a brilliant location, with a short walk to Woolacombe beach or village (5 min) and dog friendly, so was an ideal choice. The apartment was clean, has all the facilities you would expect, with a nice sea / beach view from the small outdoor patio The location is just off the esplanade and across the main road is a grassed area, so you can exercise your dog (ours is a little fussy!) 2 mins away. The apartments drive is a little awkward / tight to get onto (it’s steep) when facing up the hill turning right, particularly with parked cars….so would suggest driving up the hill, turn around and access that way. We would stay again at some point in the future.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969It was our second year staying at Belmont. This place is perfect for us. The living area is of such a good size, plenty of room to move around. Love the kitchen and it’s really useful to have a full size freezer instead of a small compartment at the top of the fridge. Everything is lovely and clean here and has a nice feel to it. The bedrooms have enough room for what is needed for a one or two weeks stay (the main bedroom having a large hanging wardrobe and shelves too). The situation of the property is ideal for us for walks, long or short with the dogs and it’s not far from the shops and beach. We’ve already enquired about staying next year!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969On entry to 2 Belmont Court there was a smell it was damp / mouldy odour I think it was emanating from the back bathroom ,plus the entry vestibule was indeed of restoration ie filler & paint job ! The other bathroom was in decent decorative state , but the bath tub had a faulty plug , couldn’t have a bath ! and the shower was running hot & cold ! Not great for us ……. Pluses are its a large apartment ,position is great , near to the centre and beach , dont really need to use car !

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great week in 2 Belmont Court. Lovely sized living area, with comfortable seating and great for TV and dining in. The kitchen is also good size, and a proper sized fridge and freezer, and well stocked in terms of crockery/cutlery/glasses etc And a lovely view of the sea. Beds were comfortable, well equipped bathrooms - and great to have two of them in a two bedroom flat. Also ideal to have the shed outside for surfboards, and the outside shower and washing line for wet-suits. Overall the apartment is great and was ideal for the 3 of us.
