Exeter Chiefs Rugby club is less than one mile away, with the fantastic Exe Estuary Cycle Trail within easy reach.brCourtbrook Farm is situated five miles from the centre of Exeter, in the small village of Clyst St. George. We are located in a fantastic area to explore Devon, being just two miles from the M5 junction 30. Topsham is two miles away with its RSPB bird watching hide, open air swimming pool, lovely pubs, picturesque estuary and little shops.brbrThe fabulous Exe Estuary cycle trail goes to Exmouth and links into the Exeter Quay.
