You really can't beat the location!brbrWe're situated on a quiet residential street in south Rehoboth, just 2½ blocks to the ocean and a 15-minute walk to both downtown Rehoboth and Dewey. We're a few hundred feet from Silver Lake and close to the start of the bike trails that run through the area. brbrThe house has a gorgeous private pool and spa. The pool is surrounded by large patio with plenty of chairs, as well as a propane grill. You can also enjoy a coffee or a nightcap in the stunning three-season porch that overlooks the pool. brbrWhile the area has incredible restaurants, we do offer a fully functional kitchen if you decide to dine in, featuring an oven, a brand new five-burner gas cooktop, and two dishwashers. There is seating for 12 between the dining room and the kitchen island bar. brbrThe first floor also has a large family room with Xfinity TV. In addition, there is a private office and internet in case you do need to sneak away for a work call.
