Welcome to 300 Munson St! This charming ranch-style beach cottage in Country Club Estates offers a spacious, family-friendly and dog-friendly retreat with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Inside, you'll enjoy an easy, open flow featuring Wi-Fi, a well-appointed kitchen with new cookware, updated bathrooms, new bed linens, and a private yard perfect for kids or your furry friend. Ideally located, the home sits just two blocks from Rehoboth Avenue and four blocks from the beach and boardwalk,making it easy to enjoy everything Rehoboth Beach has to offer. Additional conveniences include a private driveway, one-car garage, outdoor shower, washer and dryer, electronic keypad entry, a cozy sunroom, and a patio with seating and a fireplace. This home welcomes one dog with a pet fee and rents Saturday to Saturday during summer. Linens are not included but available to rent. No smoking. Accommodations Intermediary #2024713094.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 249.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. This home is dog-friendly with a pet fee (one dog only). Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    This house is super nice. It was very clean and there was plenty of space for everyone. It was also well stocked with appliances and paper products. The outdoor area was nice and semi-private and somehow not overrun by insects!The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood, but the walk to the beach is just a little bit longer than ideal (maybe 15 to 20 minutes).Generally speaking, the house is awesome and the price can't be beat.

    Very comfortable and roomy. Well stocked kitchen. Sunroom my favorite spot. Only disappointment was the Direct TV option in stead of local cable or streaming option.Thank you for a great week!

    We had a great experience and enjoyed our stay at 300 Munson! The walk to the beach/boardwalk was much quicker/easier than we anticipated, which was a plus! The house was clean and very spacious and we appreciated being able to have our dog join us! The only drawback is the lack of a usable driveway, as any size car parked in the driveway will block the sidewalk. The use of the garage was great but very tight for larger vehicles. There was one parking tag in the house for street parking, which was helpful. All in all, we considered this house a great find and hope to return next year!

    This house is even better than it looks in the photos! Very spacious, clean, and lots of storage space, including the garage. The furniture is comfortable and there are plenty of different areas to socialize, watch TV, or play games. We spent a lot of time in the sunny (but air conditioned) porch. Great place for a week in Rehoboth Beach!

    The home was perfect for 5 friends enjoying a post- season week at the beach. The location was perfect for walking to town or the beach. Parking was too easy! The nicely updated house was well stocked, spotless clean with plenty of comfortable spaces to socialize or sleep. We're grateful for the opportunity to gather in such a nice location.

    Location and home are excellent, easy walk to Rehoboth Ave. and the boardwalk/beach if you are used to an active lifestyle. The house is perfect for vacationing, plenty of room for all.
