Cozy Quaint VINTAGE Studio

Anither great stay at Jane's unit. We love staying here for the location, cleanliness and views. As always, hosts are absolutely wonderful. Can't wait to stay again in the summer.

This was my second time staying here and it was perfect again. Very clean unit in a great area with incredible oceanfront views.

The view is unbeatable--right on the water! The studio is cozy and comfortable--I packed to stay in (for the most part--still had to go around the corner for some great oysters!) and thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing weekend with a stack of books and the sounds of the ocean.

This was such an amazing place to stay! Was very clean and tidy upon arrival- communication with AJ was great! I will absolutley be coming here again. Felt like a home away from home

This is a perfect location for access to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shopping without having to drive. The condo is clean and comfortable with a small patio overlooking the beach. It is a studio but it was large enough for us for three nights with two kids ages 13 and 11. The check in and out instructions were clear and easy. We enjoyed our stay.

I think this was our 4th year using Jane's condo...so that says it all. There is no better location and the apartment has everything needed for a comfy stay. We are already looking forward to a repeat stay in 2026. I've been staying at Star of the Sea for over 50 years.

Amazing just like every year. This is the place to stay at Rehoboth Beach. We parked the car on Tuesday and didn't see it again until we checked out on Saturday morning. Everything is right there. My family has fallen in love with Jane's Unit and will be returning every summer. The communication from the owner is amazing. Not one bad thing to say in 3 consecutive years other than we've been totally spoiled being steps from the beach!

This is our second time staying at this lovely condo. Abby does a wonderful communicating and answers all questions ahead of time. This place is perfect for a couple who wants to be right on the beach and boardwalk. It’s so nice to be able to go back and forth from the condo to the beach in a few steps. We spent the days on the beach and walking the boardwalk in the evenings. The place was very clean and welcoming. Hopefully we’ll be back next year!

We are frequent flyers for this property! AJ is super easy to deal with, the unit is quaint and clean, and the views are spectacular! We love the free live music at the Rehoboth Bandstand!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The property was very clean and exactly as described. We could feel the love that had been put into it! All of our activities were less than a 10 minute walk away which was very convenient as well. Highly recommend this property for other couples or a young family!

Jane’s Unit is now our favorite place to stay at Rehoboth! It’s a perfect size for our small family and is cozy, very clean, and couldn’t be more convenient to the boardwalk, ocean, Funland, restaurants and shops. The building felt secure and being able to park in the garage and leave our car to walk everywhere was a huge perk! You also can’t beat the beautiful ocean views over the boardwalk. Owner communication was very clear and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

This gem has it all- wonderful hosts, it's safe, clean and the perfect location to the beach, boardwalk, and pool. We look forward to staying here every year.

This property was outstanding! Spotlessly clean and incredibly cozy. And the view was just to die for. There were some stormy days but with the balcony and the view, it didn’t even matter. The location is perfect too. I parked my car in the underground garage and just walked to restaurants and the boardwalk. AJ, the owner, provided very detailed information and was very easy to contact. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Very welcoming space, nicely decorated, amazing views of the sunrise and the beach! Great location walkable to everywhere we wanted to go! Host is very responsive and gives excellent, detailed information. Jane’s Unit will definitely be our 1st choice whenever we’re in Rehoboth!

We really enjoyed our stay at AJ’s place. It was right on the boardwalk/beach, which was perfect. Also very close to some great restaurants – no car necessary. And it was spotless! Thank you, AJ!

Had a wonderful stay at Jane's condo. It’s perfect! Loved the vintage decor and wooden floors - a very chill ambiance - and the cozy oceanfront balcony is an amazing spot to sip a coffee and watch the morning sunrise. The condo is in an excellent location; very close to shops and restaurants. For quiet nights in, there’s a fully functional kitchen perfect for cooking dinner. The bed is very comfortable and the whole place is quiet and secure. The owner provided clear instructions for check in and check out procedures. Would definitely stay again!

I love this studio--it's lovely inside, cozy with an absolutely unbeatable view of the ocean. It's wonderful to be able to park and just leave the car with everything I could want within an easy walk. And the balcony is perfect for sitting out and reading with a glass of wine! The host is also incredibly quick with communication and responses--I arrived home and realized I'd left something behind, and she was on top of it right away. Can't wait to come back!

This was 2nd consecutive fall visit. We enjoy the room-parking, ocean view, location, etc… It has everything we needed and appreciate the communication. Highly recommend it for a couple looking to enjoy an oceanfront stay.

We loved this Vintage Studio. Just the right size for the two of us. Super quiet, great view off the balcony, and walked to everything we needed. I got great sunrise pictures, and even a beautiful full moon our last night there. My husband joked that we went to the beach and didn't even have to sit in the sand. We will be back next Fall for sure!

We had a great stay! There were 4 of us in the little studio apartment and while it may have been a little tight it was perfect for my husband and I, our granddaughter and my best friend. Everything was clean when we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was steps away right on our floor which was great and a few steps further was the elevator that took us directly to the lobby and the door opened onto the boardwalk with direct access to the beach. Funland was right Nextdoor and tons of good places to eat. We never had a need to drive off the property. We ate at Above the dunes which was excellent. My crab cake sandwich was pure lump crabmeat and absolutely delicious. We sat outside with a great view of the ocean and sunset. Kiwi’s was also very good with amazing wings. AJ was very responsive to all my questions. My only complaint was the mattress on the Murphy bed was a bit too firm for my husband and me. My friend was comfortable on the daybed and the trundle bed was perfect for our 3 year old. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

The studio was perfect for our family. The stow away beds gave us plenty of room and the kitchen had all the accessories we needed. The absolute best part was location. Fabulous views and proximity to the beach boardwalk and restaurants. We had the best time!!

Jane's apartment has become the best part of our summer. You can't beat the location. You can get other ocean front places, but Jane's unit with her personal artwork from her travels and cozy feel, you cannot get elsewhere.

This is the best place to stay in Rehoboth if you're single, couple or small family. The hosts are wonderful, make check in/check a breeze and are easily reached with any questions you may have. The location is the best spot- right on the beach, steps away from everything.

Our stay was great! The building and garage parking are very nice and the location is perfect. Great communication from the owners made this a stress free vacation.

Our second year staying in Jane's Unit. The access to the beach and boardwalk is unmatched. We didn't need our car the entire week. 15 minute walk to restaurants on Rehoboth Ave. We will be back for our third year.

Super clean and convenient to everything! Views are phenomenal and has a pool just outside the front door!

Great spot for a couple with 1 or 2 kids. Right on the beach, right in the action. Not quiet, not spacious, but everything is great. Kitchen and bathroom are better stocked than you might think.

This is my second year staying here and I already booked it for next year. The convient location is great. The pool is never crowded and the beach is steps away. The parking garage is spacious enough to park a big truck with no problem.

This is the perfect spot for a getaway! Convenient to everything and filled with anything you could need for a fun time in Rehoboth. AJ is accommodating in every way. We will return!

This place is great! Unpretentious is the perfect description for this cozy little condo. It’s nostalgic and perfectly equipped for a beach vacation. You cannot beat the location or the view! We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Our family of four had a wonderful time during our stay here. The location was perfect. We left the car in the garage and walked wherever we needed to go. The view from the balcony was spectacular as we were literally steps from the beach. Also AJ was always quick to reply to any questions that we had.
