Stayed Aug 15, 2025I had bagels on the table and found mice droppings around them and holes in the bagels. I also found mice droppings in the kitchen cabinet, which smelled of mold. The place is a great spot but think the place needs Cleaned and checked for mold. The shower the ceiling vents and kitchen should be examined.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025Check in was super easy- kitchen was very use-able and organized well. Perfect amount of space for us with 6 people. Primary bedroom balcony porch was my favorite for reading and drinking coffee. Would love to stay here again next year!

Stayed Jul 25, 2025This condo was perfect for our stay with two adults and two teenage boys. Everything was clean and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed to make whatever we needed. Walkable to the beach and Rehobeth Avenue. Never really moved the car all week.

Stayed Jul 11, 2025As always, this unit is in such a great location. I have stayed in this particular unit multiple times over the years and it meets our needs. One thing, it is very hard to function with just one working key. It would be nice to have 2 keys especially when there are 2 parents and. Grandparent or 2 couples.

Stayed Jun 6, 2025Another summer vacation at this wonderful condo. The host is so gracious and responds to questions quickly. There are gates for the top and bottom of the stairs which is so helpful for little kids. And the location is FABULOUS. It’s walkable to the beach and is super close to Rehoboth Ave.

Stayed Oct 3, 2024Perfect location for our purposes. We especially enjoyed the deck off the master bedroom for our morning coffee and the evening sunset. All was as expected - but note that the spiral staircase is the only way to the bedrooms on the second floor.
