Home is situated in a cul-de-sac with a large pond in the back yard with illuminated fountains at night. Private driveway and on street parking. Home features a sun-room and large deck over looking the pond. Ten minute drive to the beach and Cape Henlopen State Park which has a 17 miles bike trail loop to Rehoboth Beach and back through their property and rails to trails system. Eight minute drive to Jungle Jim's water park and two minutes to the Tanger Outlets if shopping is your thing. This property is also Twenty Eight minutes to the SPORTS at the BEACH complex. Very quite private community, we cater to family vacations and sports families. **Absolutely, positively NO SENIOR WEEK rentals allowed to anyone under the age of 30** Our check in time is 4pm and check out time is by or before 10 am. Requested for early check In’s or late check outs if accommodated will be charges a rate of $10/hr subtracted from security deposit.
