Lots Of Room--Main House And Cottage With Pool (Sleeps 12)

Everything was perfect. The home is beautiful and is perfectly located near beach and shopping. Its a true vacation home with plenty of places indoor and outside to help you relax.

The house is spacious with plenty of room for our group of 12. The kitchen is well equiped with everything we needed. The outdoor space and quiet location just takes it to the next level.

This was our third year in a row returning because the property suits our family perfectly. Ann is a wonderful host and everything was fantastic as usual!

This is the 3rd summer renting this house. The house is at a great location. close enough to everything but yet out of the way and secluded. We have had an excellent time every summer. The house has plenty of space to accommodate all 11 of us. We even have our reservation set for 2026 summer vacation!

The house, outdoors and pool are all in excellent shape and the owners make more improvements every year. We already signed up for next year.

Great house, beautifully kept, always clean. We noticed a few upgrades, this owner cares. Very convenient location, quiet neighborhood close to Route 1, the outlets and Rehoboth Boardwalk.

Lots Of Room accommodated our family very well. Had plenty of room to be together or to spend some quiet time. My granddaughters enjoyed the pool, they were in it as soon as we got there. Having the 2 refrigerator was a plus. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. All the bedrooms were very comfortable. Our family would rent this home again. By far one of the nicest home we have rented.

My Wife, Daughter and I stayed here for 2 straight weeks ans had out parents stop by at different times during the time there. It was a great time for all. There was so much room way more than rge pictures show. Everyone enjoyed there time with us as did we. We just left and are planning another 2 week trip next summer down here.

This property was a great find. we gather our 2 adult kids and their kids for a great stay.

Once again, this house met our needs in a sparkling clean fashion. Comfortable for everyone, a perfect home base for beaching, shopping and boardwalking. The pool is an extra treat after a day in the sand. Thanks again Ann!

We loved the house- so comfortable and well-equipped. Wouldn't change a thing and could t ask for more. The layout gave us space for the whole family of 7 adults and 3 kids-- singles, couples and families with small children. The pool was clean and is the perfect size for a group. It's a short drive to the beautiful beaches. The outdoor shower was a great place to clean up after a morning at the beach. On-site parking is convenient and plentiful. Plenty of room to spread out for reading, work and doing art projects. The outdoor spaces are inviting and convenient. The grill is fabulous. Especially loved that there are plenty of places to stash our stuff. The furniture is cozy and comfy. The neighbors are lovely. Loved having two refrigerators and we gave the washer and dryer quite a workout. The kitchen is well-equipped and has lots of space to work and store our food. The host was responsive and helpful.
