The walking trails can be accessed right from the private backyard; walk to the marina in less than 10 minutes or walk to the pool / playground / sports courts in under 2 minutes. brbrThis is a single level home, but does have three exterior steps to the entry. When you enter the home you will be welcomed to a large open living space with blue vaulted ceilings. The small kitchen with stainless steel appliances is stocked with essentials and is adjacent to the dining space and main living room with large sectional and 55 TV. At the back of the house is an additional seating area, the master bedroom with a king canopy bed and master bathroom with shower. The front of the house has a full bathroom with bathtub and shower combo, laundry closet, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed, while the other has two sets of bunk beds for a total of 4 twin beds.
