I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great! Perfect for multiple families and plenty of areas to relax and let the kids play. The kitchen is fantastic and well stocked. Mike the owner was an amazing host! He was super responsive and helped us with our wifi problem for the baby monitor. They were even so sweet and left a welcome gift. It was a quick walk to the beach (if coming with grandparents be prepared for a hill from the sand dunes, we rented a beach wheel chair which helped!). The point of access to the beach has a really great sandbar and during low tide it was so much fun for the toddlers to play in the little pools that formed. The top screened in deck offered a great spot for watching the sunset. The second floor porch had a relaxing breeze and was my favorite spot to relax. Thank you guys for a wonderful vacation!

Great location/short walk to the beach. Owner was fantastic -after a big storm, the internet and tv and speaker system went out. It was a complicated setup. Owner drove 3+ hours and spent an hour+ getting it to work. Great service.

The large kitchen made mealtimes easy and the many bedrooms and porches gave everyone their own space. Easy walk to the beach and plenty of chairs/bikes to enjoy. Best house we ever rented!

The homeowners paid close attention to every detail to make sure that comfort and convenience were top priorities. PenFed Realty should be proud of their housekeeping services - the home was completely spotless upon arrival. And the homeowner to their valuable time to help us with a minor issue we had with the televisions. We absolutely loved everything and will be back!!!

It was perfect for our large family. The house was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The kitchen was huge and so well equipped. The many decks and screened in porch was great for those of us that wanted to read or play games. We lucked out and had good weather. The beach is just a short walk which was perfect. We totally enjoyed our stay.
