If you’re looking for a “more-than-the-beach” getaway, this is your place. The creek that borders the property is great for both seasonedand novice fishermen. Easily launch a kayak from the backyard and voyage down Love Creek into wide open water that leads to Rehoboth Bay. The private pool and pool house offers a great alternative for non-beach lovers. The golf range net adjacent to the woods is a great place to perfect your swing. The expansive private land in front and back is perfect for every kind of family game you can imagine, from volleyball to cornhole.

You won’t hear, “I’m bored” on this family vacation for sure!

Bedrooms:

Master bedroom #1: A complete vacation oasis with queen sized bed, attached sunroom extension and balcony exit. Features ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and shower. Includes smart TV.

Master bedroom #2: Retreat to a beachy vibe in this bedroom with queen sized bed, ensuite bath with shower and single vanity.

Bedroom #3: Another nautical escape in this bedroom with queen bed, ample closet space with pull out drawers and views on two sides of the pool, creek and surrounding woods.

Bedroom #4: Cozy bedroom with built-in twin bed and pull out trundle. Ample closet space and beautiful view of the pool, creek and surrounding woods.

Bunk Room: Super fun, private space for kids to play and sleep! Double bunk beds with portholes will have kids feel like they are on a boating adventure. Located on the lower level, this room contains built-in shelving equipped games, puzzles and art supplies to keep kids entertained on rainy beach days. It’s located steps away from the interior half bath.

Indoor Living/Dining Space
Main floor Living Room features a 65” smart TV with cable. Great for movie nights with plenty of seating.

Enclosed front porch features a cozy dining space with bench seating, a great spot for indoor meals, puzzles and games.
Front Sitting Room offers a small love seat and chair, the perfect spot to curl up with a book on a rainy day.

Well appointed, open concept kitchen features island seating with lots of room for the family to gather and a great view of pool and creek.

Outdoor Living/Dining Space

A spacious deck off the kitchen boasts plenty of seating with a large sectional couch, Adirondack chairs, patio table and dining chairs. The half bathroom off the deck means no one has to trek inside when nature calls.

Walkway from the deck leads to the fenced in pool area with plenty of lounge seating and shade. Pool deck also includes dining seating for 8 at the pub and patio tables. The enclosed outdoor shower is easily accessible from the pool deck to help keep grass and sand out of the pool.

Inside the pool house, enjoy the seating and shade. It’s a great place for a nap or a midafternoon movie via the wifi-enable Smart TV set up. Kids will love the ladder climb to the secret loft where they can play games or take a timeout.

The large, screened-in porch will be THE SPOT to be for family dinners. With seating for 12, everyone can eat together, even in the rain! The wrap around bar is a great spot to set up the buffet and let everyone dig in!

Finally, end your evening with s’mores at the open fire pit table, just off the pool deck area.
