ZEN Coastal in Lewes Beach! - NEW: LUXURY HYDROTHERAPY HOT TUB plus PRIVATE GYM!

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Zen Coastal to celebrate a milestone birthday, despite Hurricane Erin rolling through mid-week. The house is thoroughly charming--incredibly peaceful, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. We wanted for absolutely nothing all week (besides maybe a bit more sunshine and less wind) and are so pleased with our choice. Thank you, Anka!

We had a great vacation at Zen Coastal!The house is really well done and is just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and (most importantly) the ice cream shop. There was lots of room for our whole family to stay, and plenty of outdoor space. We especially loved the ping-pong table (a vacation requirement for our family). And it was so nice that we could bring our small dog along. We left our Lily pad floating mat (with permission) for others to enjoy! We hope to be back to Lewes, and this house, again!

We had an absolutely outstanding stay @ Zen Coastal... The house is beautifully appointed, very close to the beach, gourmet kitchen with everything we could possibly need to make meals for our large family. The Ping Pong downstairs got a vigorous workout, no blood was spilled but the rivalries were intense. Great host who took care of the one minor hiccup in a very timely manner. House has all the things you need to enjoy the beach and dog friendly makes this an absolute winner!

We had a fabulous time at Zen Coastal in Lewes. The property is spacious and clean with all the amenities you would ever need - games for the kids, beach toys, a beach cart, beach chairs, ping pong, a stocked kitchen, and balconies galore for your own little private retreat. The house is just a quick walk to a non-busy part of the beach and an easy walk into town and restaurants. Anka was communicative and SO helpful during our stay. We had a fantastic time and hope to come again!

This is a great place for people who enjoy the beach and biking. We are a family of 6 with early teens to young adults. We also brought 2 additional friends. The space was large enough to allow private space for everyone and had spaces big enough to accommodate everyone for dinner and games. This is the best appointed kitchen of any place we have stayed in. We live to cook and they had everything you would need. The area is safe and we felt comfortable letting the younger get on their bikes and ride. The beach is a quick walk.. we left our paddles boards and kayaks on the beach. There are tennis/pickle ball courts a few minutes away. Highly recommend!

We had such a great experience at Zen Coastal. This is our 4th year vacationing in Lewes with cousins and grandparents and this was by far the best place we have stayed. Plenty of room and the most equipped kitchen we have ever had! Seriously had everything we needed. Also appreciated the first round of TP and paper towels. The street is quiet. Perfect location for picking up the bike trail. The walk to the beach is extremely easy (keep in mind there are no lifeguards at this part of the beach). The walk into town is also easy! The kids loved the popcorn machine. Lots of smaller private areas to escape to if you needed space. So appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach cart. We lost power a few times bc of the extreme heat (all of Lewes did not just us…) but we were able to use the grill to cook and the second floor stayed nice and cool. Anka was so quick to respond when we inquired and we had fun with it! You won’t regret staying here. My only suggestions would be to bring ice and bug spray. The mosquitos were so bad downstairs that we could only use the game area one day when it was windy (but when we did….we had a blast playing family ping pong and cornhole tournaments)! The ice machine is tiny so pick up extra ice if you need it (The deli is a quick walk away and had it) And like other reviewers mentioned…the third bathroom is a shower in the garage area not inside the house.

Great location, excellent landscaping, ample parking, quiet, well-appointed kitchen, multiple decks for peaceful sitting.

This is a perfect location for a family looking to vacation in Lewes - close walk to the beach, plenty of room for the kids.

We Rented Zen Coastal to stay with both my children, their spouses, and our two grandsons, 3 and 7 months, for a family wedding. Directions for check in and check out were clear, and the home was VERY well appointed for a family stay. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bedrooms quiet and comfortable. I was unfamiliar with the linen rentals, but Anka connected me to a local firm that made the process easy and seamless. We loved the short walk to Lewes beach, only a block down a quiet street! We would definitely enjoy a longer stay during summer season, but really, Lewes had plenty to do over this mid-October weekend. Guests can't go wrong booking Zen Coastal!

Our family ranges from 10 years old to late 70's and we all had something to do in this lovely home. We enjoyed the beach and the local area. We are a family that loves to cook together and this house had the perfect kitchen for us; spacious and very well-equipped. Everyone was happy that we chose to stay at Zen Coastal.

Zen Coastal is a wonderful property in a great location in Lewes. Easy walk to the beach and into town. The property was as advertised and had more than all we needed to have a great week. Anka, the host, was easy to communicate with and answered all questions promptly. The Ping Pong table was a big hit with our crew! Would definitely stay at Zen Coastal in the future.

Amazing home and host! Anka really made us feel welcome to her home. She quickly responded to our texts to help us get acclimated. The house is spacious and beautifully furnished with coastal decor throughout. The kitchen was truly gourmet with high end everything. Also well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, serving dishes, spices... The house was wonderful and had so many spaces to interact all together or you could easily find your own Zen space with multiple sunrooms and decks. We brought our dog and Anka left a water bowl out for Rex. We appreciated all the initial paper goods throughout the house taking pressure of the initial shopping run. We made use of the freight elevator to assist with getting our bags to the third floor. This was our third trip to Lewes and by far this was the best location. Zen Coastal is in the perfect location close to the beach and a short walk to town.
